How to order & Payment Information:
Credit Cards/Pay Pal
Make payments with your credit card or instant transfer from bank account via Pay Pal by clicking on the Add to Bag/Add to Cart button listed by the product you wish to purchase (examples of such buttons are provided at the bottom of this page for those of you who are new to shopping online).
If you would prefer to place your order by phone, we can take your credit card information and other required information necessary over the telephone. If you like, you may request to have a receipt sent to your e-mail address. A regular receipt for your transaction will be sent with your order (or a special gift receipt will be enclosed if your item has been shipped to a gift recipient).
We offer a printed order form which you can fill out and mail back to us. This form comes with our $5.00 catalog (the cost of catalogue will be refunded upon your first order with us), If you only want the form, or require additional forms, we will send to your mailing address (free of charge). You can e-mail us to request an order form. We will reply once your form has been mailed.
If you would like to purchase a catalog, please fill out the form with your address and other information here.
We will send you an e-invoice for the $5.00 catalog fee or you can pay with Pay Pal by clicking on the Add to Cart button located underneath the form. If you would prefer not to receive an invoice by e-mail or do not wish to use Pay Pal at this time, please fill in your required credit card information on the catalogue request form. (Simply leave the credit card fields blank if you've opted for the e-invoice to be e-mailed to you.)
If you are already ordering from us online, we can ship you a catalog with your order, but please know that the most up-to-date information on our inventory is found either at our store location, or right here, at our online shop.

If paying by check, please keep in mind that your order may take longer to ship. Checks are held for five to ten business days in order for funds to clear. Some banks may take longer than others. Delay in order shipment also occurs when Pay Pal payments are made with eCheck. For the fastest processing of your order on Pay Pal: Become a verified user of PayPal; Ship to a confirmed address that you have verified; leave your telephone number so in the event we need to verify something with you, we can reach you by phone. We don't require phone numbers from our online orders, but if you are shipping to an unverified address (i.e. a gift recipient), it is wise to leave us your number so we can call you if necessary.
USING THE SHOPPING CART...
ADDING/REMOVING ITEMS AND/OR ALTERING QUANTITY YOU WISH TO ORDER: You may add and remove items from your shopping cart before finalizing your order in the checkout area. Please be aware that due to the fact many of the items here are one-of-a-kind, it may not be possible for us to ship you two of a particular item, despite the shopping cart allowing you to do add more than one. If you require more than one of an item, you are more than welcome to send an e-mail requesting the availability/stock for an item should you desire to order more than one.
CANCELING AN ORDER PLACED:
If you've made an error and wish to cancel an order you have placed, please call 203-520-7156 as soon as possible. If an order has already been shipped, your cancellation will not be able to be processed until the order has been shipped back to Dollhouse Domain. The cost to return the package may be your responsibility as well so please cancel orders only when absolutely necessary and do so immediately following the order submission.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
As long as an item is returned to us without any sign of use, damage, mishandling, etc., an exchange for store credit or a refund for the item (less shipping) should be easy as 1-2-3! If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact Dollhouse Domain by phone or e-mail within 3-5 days of receipt of the package.
If more than five days have passed, do not feel that you are no longer able to return an item. After all, aren't we all human here despite the high tech computer era during which we live? You aren't dealing with just any online shop when you do business with Dollhouse Domain, you are conducting business with caring individuals. Customers are known by name, not by a number. So please...if you aren't happy or satisfied for any reason, don't be shy. As my grandmother always use to say, "TELL IT LIKE IT IS!"
Examples of Payment Buttons:
 Note: The "Add to Bag" button (left) or any of our "Add to cart" button will place items in a Pay Pal shopping cart. You can remove items and make changes to your cart as you shop. If an item does not have a button which allows adding it to your cart, simply note the item number in the comments box and I will adjust the total and send you an invoice. If an item's price is not specified, you will not be obligated to purchase the item if you write the item's number in the box. Any of our "View Shopping Cart" buttons allow you to review what you have put into your shopping bag. You can remove items by checking the appropriate box for an item and then click "update" and continue shopping. Pay Pal is very easy to use and more importantly, it is a secure way to make payments online!
